The Raiders really reached here as Mitchell was ranked to be a priority free agent according the Mel Kiper of ESPN.  But here were the Raiders looking for more speed and Mitchell definately has that.  He also is a hard, physical hitter in the middle of the field.  Mitchell in 6′1″, 216 pounds.  He played four season at Ohio University making 213 tackles, he had 2 sacks, forced 5 fumbles and he had 7 interceptions.  This was another huge reach for the Raiders.
