If Arman Shields can stay healthy he can help the Raiders.  Shields is 6′1″, 187 but he’s a tad slow running a 4.5 40.  He is tough over the middle and he has great hands which will come in handy catching fastballs from JaMarcus Russell.  Shields caught 160 passes for 1,930 yards (12.1 avg) with 13 TD grabs at Richmond.  It will be interesting to see how well Shields handles the jump from Richmond to the NFL.  Shields was worth the risk in the 4th round.
