The Raiders have signed OT Kwame Harris to a 3-year, $16 million dollar contract.  The 25-year old Harris has the size to dominate at 6’7″, 322 pounds but he’s never lived up to his potential.  Harris played in 12 games (0 starts) for the 49ers last season and he’s now played in 72 games (44 starts) in his NFL career.  The Raiders paid Harris starting money and it will be interesting to see if he proves to be worth it.
