The Raiders actually looked like an NFL team on offense Sunday in K.C.  In fact, they almost won this football game as Aaron Brooks drove them down the field at the end of the game before throwing an interception in the end-zone to seal the Raiders fate.

Aaron Brooks had a decent game completing 13 of 22 passes for 179 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT.  He also carried the ball 5 times for 34 yards (6.8 ypc).  Lamont Jordan carried the ball 4 times for 24 yards before tearing his MCL and ending his season.  Justin Fargas replaced him and carried the ball 19 times for 52 yards (2.7 ypc).  Ronald Curry had his best game of the season with 5 catches for 85 yards.  TE Courtney Anderson caught 3 passes for 15 yards and a TD.

Michael Huff (10 tackles) and Stuart Schweigert (8 tackles) led the way for the Raiders defense.  The Raiders just couldn’t stop the Chiefs running game as they carried the ball 37 times for 200 yards (5.4 ypc).  The Chiefs only completed 9 of 16 passes for 82 net yards passing.

The Raiders put forth a good effort…..but in the end it was just another loss.
