first and foremost Art Shell is only a “shell” of his former self.  If he were the genuine Art Shell he and Jerry Porter would be having no problems.  Trade Randy Moss for Terrell Owens. Randy Moss is lazy and selfish! Trade Lamont Jordan for Tony Romo.  Acquire Brandon Jacobs of the NY GIants. He is built like a Tight End but runs like a horse… hard strong and fast!… Lamont Jordan is not fast enough to run to the outside, yet toss sweep is the favorite running play in the Raider playbook.  Justin Fargas (aside from the injury) should be the starting rb. His major concern was holding on to the ball.  (But hey, so was Tiki Barber’s a couple seasons ago and look at him now).  I swear this would be his breakout season.  He can get to the outsides as well as running between the tackles.  Every defense in the league knows they dont have to respect our running game, which makes the passing game nil as well.  Zack Crockett is not a fullback! ! ! His only carry of the season is for 10 yards.  Every player in the league knows Zack Crockett is good for 3-4 or more yards per carry (hence the short yardage situations) but they can do nothing to stop him! Walter is decent, Tui is more agressive, and led to a td in his second drive of the season (first led to a tipped pass resulting in an interception).  Our defense is not half bad, they’re just tired.  Spending waaaaayyyy too much time on the field (averaging almost 2 1/3 quarters of every game accordinig to NFL.COM stats)! ALL of the players have lost faith in the effectiveness of the coaching staff is is visually apparent watching them on the field! between Lazy Moss and Cry-baby Porter, and trading Doug Gabriel (just another stupid decision by the higher ups) the Raiders should have THE TOP receiving corp n the league.  At worst one of the top 5 receiving corps.  We went out of our way to acquire Aaron Brooks from the Saints.  He didnt do ish there didnt really show much promise there! And Acquired Lamont Jordan from the Jets… (THE JETS! ! !) where he was a back-up!  No offense to Huff he doin his thang, but we passed on Matt Leinart, AND Jay Cutler to get him!… Matt Leinart is now starting, and if Jay Cutler is now breathing down the neck of Jake the Snake in Denver! I could go on, but it hurts, I need to go take a nap now.  Of course I will be out there cheering and whooping and hollering and losing my voice for the Raiders, knowing full well I care more than alot of the players on the field…
