Its quite sad you all must be raider fans,I hoped going on this blog I would hope to see some finepoints on oakland, sure we all know that they aint doing so well,well honestly i dont want to hear it, i think we need to talk about key problems and desipher tactics that would work for oakland,we ultimately have a good team,there just unorginized and uncooprative,all i can tell all the fans like me is dont give up yet,you might be suprized
i will not give up on the raiders not today or anyother day … but if i was a lets say a high member of the organization i would retire the old man posing as an offensive cord. lets be honest you cannot play what you dont believe and when someone complicates that you get what we have seen for the last two games .. the line can block they are just confussed you cant run a blocking scheme from 1990 in 2006 point in fact .. whan the chargers were blitzing corners, safteys whoever .. where were the quick slants /wideout screens hell how about a saftey valve .. even in the 3rd brooks was still using 7 step drops trying to throw to a 19 yard route .. lets not put alot of blame on the players … lets put most of it where it belongs .. art shell .. art for some reason or another brought in this old relic.. i wouldn’t be surprised if old Al had something to do with it … this guys playbook was dusted off and contains an arsenal of deep drops and long passes .. basically runners run and recievers catch … the days of the mad bomber are over …the raiders in my opinion will beat cleavland because with walters they will play a more in your face game .. quick release and pound the ball … but to be great Art will have to get an offensive cord. who understands the players . speed and defenses of the game today … lambardi said nothing has to be complicated you just have to execute and perform .. a play should be somthing like double right 38 form on 2… not x left 28 2 man wide right 48 left toss pure z screw me cuase this is to long in the huddle confusing bullshit let the qb get sacked and do nothing till it hurts on 2.. the key is to confuse the defense with stradagy not confuse your offense with a play that needs to be deciphered first .. in closing i believe art shell is the right man for the job as long as al davis lets him coach .. i also believe art must rid himself of what was a good coach in the day and upgrade … and last porter should be sent away traded to the browns i would send him to minnesota not because he isnt right about some things but because he like volek lacks the leadership to stand up on the next leval … porter you let the fans down but mostley you let 53 other guys who counted on you to be in the trenches from the start .. if i cant count on you good-bye .. and if your smart dont ever compare this guy with the plight of marcus allen .. marcus had more talent and class than this piece of crap ever will .. when marcus was allowed to play he would put the team on his back and run like a wild man ..point is he was a leader no matter what the problem … to all i will be back with another dumb ass rant but on gameday i will bleed silver and black to my death ..

I think you’re a little bit off here Wolf. I don’t think the Raiders have much talent on their roster and will take a little time to rebuild. I think this year was the defense’s turn in the draft and next year will be the offense. Thomas Howard and Mike Huff look like keepers, but this is gonna take time.
