Will Brooks excel in Silver and Black?

Aaron Brooks is looking to rebound from his worst season in his career (70.0 QB rating), but it’s easy to excuse any Saint for having a bad season last year (due to Hurricane Katrina).  Brooks has been a pretty good QB in his career.  In 85 games (82 starts) he has completed 56.4% of his passes for 19,156 yards with 120 TD passes and 84 interceptions for a career rating of 79.7.  Brooks has also rushed for 1,410 yards in his career (4.1 ypc) and 13 TD.  Brooks is a great athlete with the deep arm that Al Davis likes his QB’s to have.

Marques Tuiasosopo was almost traded to the Cleveland Browns during the draft, but the Raiders braintrust still likes him for some reason.  It can’t be his performance, but to be fair he has only appeared in nine games (2 starts) and has completed 56.0% of his passes for 482 yards with only 1 TD pass and 5 interceptions for a woeful QB rating of 52.2.  Tuiasosopo is a good runner for a QB.

Andrew Walter is the kind of QB Al Davis likes.  Walter is a big guy with a cannon for an arm, but he has no game experience.  He will battle for the #2 job in camp.
